She’s been a wonderful role model for us all,” says TJ Leadbetter.
Cindy’s journey with Ruble, Leadbetter & Associates began in 2005, and her impact has been profound since she returned in 2015. Her leadership, expertise, and ability to navigate complex tax planning challenges have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike. In recognition of her contributions, we are proud to announce Cindy’s promotion to Tax Manager. “Cindy has been our go-to resource for countless complex projects, and we are delighted to formalize her leadership role as she continues to shape the future of our team,” adds Kendra Kinnison.
Beyond her professional achievements, Cindy has an inspiring personal story. As a Tax Manager, Cindy will continue to drive our firm’s mission of delivering proactive client service. Her dedication to mastering her craft, evident in her pursuit of CPA certification, ensures that she will continue to thrive as a leader in the accounting field. “Cindy has been a true inspiration and a constant motivator since my very first day at RLA. Over the past two years, I’ve gained so much knowledge and grown immensely thanks to her guidance. She’s not just an incredible coworker, but also a dear friend whose smile and bubbly personality make every workday brighter. I’m so proud of all she has achieved and aspire to be like her one day,” adds Mary Elizabeth Dougherty.
Please join us in congratulating Cindy on her well-deserved promotion and her academic success. We are honored to have her on our team and excited to see her excel in this next chapter.
