RLA CPA Firm may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) and other technology-assisted tools to improve efficiency, organization, and service delivery while maintaining compliance with professional standards and client confidentiality obligations.
HOW AI MAY BE USED
AI-assisted technology may support:
- Administrative and internal communications
• Research and information summarization
• Workflow management and automation
• Document organization and process improvement
• Other operational functions approved by firm leadership
HUMAN OVERSIGHT
AI tools are used only as support resources. Professional judgment remains the responsibility of qualified RLA CPA Firm personnel.
All client-facing work, including tax returns, financial reports, recommendations, and communications, is reviewed by firm personnel before delivery.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
RLA CPA Firm is committed to protecting confidential client information.
The firm does not intentionally enter confidential client information into publicly available AI systems that may use submitted data for public disclosure or model training. When AI tools are used, we seek providers that maintain appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
RESPONSIBLE USE
AI-assisted technology may not be used to:
- Replace professional judgment
• Circumvent legal, ethical, or regulatory requirements
• Disclose confidential client information without appropriate safeguards
• Generate final client deliverables without human review and approval
COMPLIANCE
The firm’s use of AI-assisted technology is intended to comply with applicable laws, privacy obligations, confidentiality requirements, professional standards, and information security policies.
